Product
A platform you shape to your operation.
Concerto gives you ERP and project tools with AI agents built in. Our engineers customise them, or build something new, until they fit the way you work.
We consult on site, build with you, and deliver.
Our engineers stand on your floor, write down what they see, agree it with you, build it with your people, and hand it over.
Example in four steps. Listen: our engineer comes to the floor and notes what really happens. Agree: a note becomes a plain-words requirement that the customer agrees before anything is built. Build: it is built with the customer's people and tried by their own operators before it goes live. Deliver: it is written up, the team is taught, and the customer's data stays theirs.
How an engagement runs.
Close enough to see the exception when it happens, rather than hear of it a week later.
Begin on the floor
Days with planners, supervisors, staff, quality, finance and the owner. The unofficial paths are usually the system.
Choose the costliest fracture
The process that loses money, time or trust when it fails. The first scope is small on purpose.
Build one loop with you
Customise to what we saw, and put it in use for a named person this week.
Grow along the joints
Once that loop is real, the next ones declare themselves.
Hand over
We document, train, and stay close after first use. Your data and credentials stay with you.
Inside the product.
The agents do the reading, comparing and drafting. People keep every decision.
Answers, with the source beside every claim.
“Why is this order late?” The agent checks the records and shows where each fact came from.
A person asks why a delivery is late. The agent reads the delivery order, searches the stock ledger and checks quality holds, then answers that it is waiting on a lot that quality put on hold because a bore diameter is out of tolerance, citing the delivery order, the lot and the hold record.
Drafts you approve.
A hold, a shortage, a late order: the agent proposes the task, the owner and the date. Nothing is created until a person approves it.
After a quality hold, the agent proposes a task for Quality. The person approves it and the task appears on the project board.
Numbers that agree.
The agent compares the same figure across the floor, stock, delivery and invoice, and flags the one that does not match.
The agent checks that the counts on the floor, in stock, on the delivery order and on the invoice agree, drafts the invoice, and the person approves it.
What you start from.
One shared record of your operation, with ERP and project tools on top, agents that read it, and whatever we customise for you.
